I woke up around 8:11 and got paraniod that I had already woken up to the alarm clock reading 8:11 the last time I pressed snooze, so I checked what time the alarm was set for and unintentionally turned off my alarm clock (not literally, but apparently if you press alarm while it’s on snooze it’ll reset the alarm till the next day). So I woke up 1/2 an hour before I had to leave for work. *sigh* My third training shift and what would have been my first look at my internship project information. But I guess it’ll have to wait till tomorrow. I have a lot to work on in the next 3-4 days and I can get a head start on some other stuff and put off the intership stuff till the weekend I guess.
John Mayer Trio
I first found out about this concert earlier this summer and I was gonna buy tickets for myself and Kristin but I called Dave G to tell him about it, and he offered to get us tickets because he and Aidan were going to get tickets first thing in the moring. He slept in!! So we ended up not getting tickets and I was, of course, very upset. But eventually I got over it. And Tuesday night I was sitting in my Dabatase Systems Management class and I decided to check ticketmaster.ca and got TWO TICKETS!! I couldn’t believe it!
The concert was absolutely amazing. He is a brilliant, absolutely talented, adorable, charming and oh-so-hot musician. I can’t even begin to explain how good the night was… I wish I could’ve taken better pictures, but I stood far from the stage to have room to dance.
Well, I guess I’ll leave you with those for now. I’m gonna go back to sleep for a little bit because the medicine I’ve taken is making me drowsy. *yawn* nite nite!
