191276553_e136586a22_t Shopping... and a bike ride! I was really looking forward to some good shopping in Buffalo’s Walden Galleria this Saturday, but was greatly disappointed. Traffic at the borderI should’ve expected it really… it is July and all the stores are getting rid of the last season’s merchandise and preparing for the new stuff. Plus… it’s the first time Ash and I have gone on a Saturday, so we were horribly surprised by the traffic at the border. We got through it though. More photos over at my flickr page. It was great seeing Ash again… I forgot how great it was spending time with her and how much she makes me laugh (Ash, doesn’t mean you’re funny or anything :P haha j/k). It was a good way to catch up on everything and spend one last day with her before I leave. Sure wish it could’ve been more than one day though… but what are you going to do.

Saturday night, I was meant to meet up with a guy I used to work with when I worked at my school’s Student Union office. But a bit of confusion and exhaustion (on my part) caused our plans to change. So we’ve agreed to try for Tuesday instead. He’s a really nice guy so I was really looking forward to meeting up with him but it just wasn’t a good night for it. I was hungover from Friday night and the drive to and from Buffalo was exhausting.

Today was my day to relax, I spent most of my day working on something for school (remember this guy? he bailed on the project). And later in the day… my parents and I went on a bike ride. It was great! What a beautiful trail… Photos will be up in a little bit. How was your weekend?

A bike ride? With your parents? Dang, I wish my mom would get off her butt and walk or bike with us. That is totally awesome.
